All products are subject to availability. LA Findings reserves the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any offers or promotions. You will be informed if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing & quality

We do our best to offer you the most competitive prices and best quality on all products. We do the best to hold prices, but prices may vary due to charges that are out of our control, including currency exchange rates, raw materials market, labor costs, shipping fees and customs duties. Expect some pricing variation depending on conditions at the time you order.

When will your order be shipped?

Handmade Jewelry

  • All orders ship within 3-5 business days, if your order has been placed during the weekend or holiday it will begin processing the following business day. You will be notified via email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. 
  • Your orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depend on your chosen shipping method at checkout.

Jewelry Findings

  • If you place your order before the cut off time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day, and it will be shipped the following business day.
  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cut off on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day, and it will be shipped the next following business day.
  • Your orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depend on your chosen shipping method at checkout.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide to nearly every country via USPS
  • Please to be ready for your country duties and customs taxes for your package

How do you cancel or change order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order please email to within four hours. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.

How do you return?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return, exchange or receive full refund for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of ordered.

On Special Orders such as items with engraving, special ring sizes and so on…, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Instruction

  1. Must email us before sending back the item(s).
  2. Item(s) must be returned in unused (original) condition with your receipt
  3. Item(s) must be sent back insured (it will be the buyer’s full responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit.)

Refund process

We will do full refund within 2-3 business days after returns are inspected and processed by our team.
